Shipment processing time
All orders are processed within 2-4 days (except during holidays peak season).
Kindly note that the processing procedures includes checking (for defects), packing and dispatching. Once all of these are completed, the tracking number will be provided to you via email.

Shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico and unincorporated territories of the United States can take additional 7 – 12 business days.

TstudioCo is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier or our support team at info@tstudioco.net directly to file a claim. Please save all packaging material and damaged goods before filing a claim.
